You can check in anytime between 2pm and 8pm. If you are delayed you will still be welcome to camp but your vehicle may not be allowed on site as we restrict vehicle access and movements after dark. We have someone onsite 24/7 to support you if required.
There is a small pop-up shop selling essentials. Shop opening times are displayed in reception.
Arrival and Departure
Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. On arrival, please follow the signs to the Reception Hub.
We try to be as flexible as possible with departure times and usually can allow to enjoy the site until 6pm on the day of departure. If we are at capacity we may ask you to vacate your site by 2pm, but you’ll still be welcome to continue using the site and facilities.
We are a family campsite. Please keep noise to a level which will not disturb other site users, especially between 10.00pm and 8.00am.
Alcohol is permitted on site and we encourage you to enjoy a drink around the campfire responsibly. Obviously as a family site we do not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind.
Please leave your pitch tidy with all rubbish and recycling in appropriate bins.
We make every effort to keep the site facilities clean and tidy and ask for your assistance in maintaining this standard. If you find anything not quite right, please let one of our team know.
Please pitch at least 6 metres between tents of different groups and at least 3m between tents of the same group.
Speed limit on site is 5mph.
Fires & BBQ
Controlled fires and BBQs are allowed if they are raised off the ground and are in a suitable container. Fire pits are available for hire and fire wood and charcoal will be available to buy. You can bring your own charcoal but we do wood onto site.
Please practice Social Distancing and show respect for others.
Friendly dogs are allowed for an additional small fee. Dogs must be kept under control or on a lead whilst on site as there is livestock in the adjacent fields. Please be courteous and always clean up after your dog.
If government restrictions prevent us from opening on your booked date we will issue an immediate refund in full if you booked direct on this website. If you have booked through a third party they may withhold your deposit or card processing fees. Please ensure you have travel insurance in case you and your group are covered in case you are asked to isolate or have COVID symptoms at the time of your booking.
We are committed to making your experience as safe as possible. Hand sanitister and hand washing stations will be available. All activities are carefully risk assessed and equipment appropriately sanitised. Our campsite facilities are cleaned regularly and operate in accordance with all appropriate government advice. If social distancing is still expected at the time of your visit we will ask everyone to do their bit. Don't worry we have plenty of space and outside is the safest place to be!
Play your part and keep everyone safe.
If any of your group or any member of their household have COVID symptoms in the two weeks prior to your arrival date we ask that you follow guidelines and isolate at home. Please do not visit our campsite. If you or any of your group test positive for COVID-19 please follow all official advice and ensure you are permitted to travel and stay overnight before your arrival date. Please contact your travel insurers as we cannot offer refunds in this case.
Finally, please bear with us. Everything that needs doing will take slightly longer so your patience is greatly appreciated. We are constantly updating our guidelines, reviewing training and refining procedures to ensure both our team and guests are safe.
